Assessors needed for Purple Flag Standard for town and city centres

Published Date: 13/Nov/2008

Purple Flag is the new 'gold standard' for entertainment and hospitality zones at night.

It is a fresh approach to nightlife, linked to the standards that people expect from their town centres.

The aims of the Purple Flag accreditation are to focus national attention on the rich potential of town centres in the evening and at night, to drive up standards overall and to replace current negative perceptions with a positive vision which aims to be the antidote to years of negative publicity

The Civic Trust is launching Purple Flag in Spring 2009. To find out more about Purple flag please visit http://www.civictrust.org.uk/our-w...-flag-award/
