Illegal Street Trader Prosecuted By Waverley

Waverley Borough Council has prosecuted an ice cream seller for illegal street trading.

Not the most exciting of actions but glad to see the court took it so seriously. Continuing breaches are likely to be dealt with one more prosecution then injunction.
