This Bill makes no consideration to young and old families that live nearby licensed premises, that already suffer noise disturbance. Some premises always push their boundaries, with this provision the families who suffer will now increase, and the regulatory burden talked about won't go away, it will just move to Environmental Health sections of the councils as noise issues/complaints.
