| Dates for the course are 1 - 12 September 2008 (excluding weekends).
Delegates can choose a combination of days to attend. Over a 10-day period, the course will look at licensing laws and the wider regulatory issues including the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, Regulation of Investigatory Procedures Act 2000, Criminal Procedures and Investigations Act 1996, evidence gathering and court procedures. The training will include hands-on practical sessions.
