The Institute of Licensing is looking to contract the following areas of work:
1.Communications / Publications Support Contract (self employed)
£15 per hour (limit 15 hrs per week)

In order to improve the services offered to members the Board has identified the need additional resources to focus on communications, marketing and publications.
The post is open to applications on a self employed contract basis.
The contractor will be expected to work from home and will report to the Executive Officer. In addition, the contractor will be expected to liaise closely with the nominated committee(s) / working part(ies) with responsibility for communications, publications and marketing.
The contractor will be expected to work closely with both the Executive Officer and the Training & Qualifications Officer to provide mutual support and to ensure that the respective roles work together for to promote the Institute’s charitable objectives.
The contract will include the following responsibilities:
· Communications to members via website, email and electronic newsletter
· Marketing to potential members
· Updating the Institute’s website
· Press releases and Media liaison
· Publicity campaigns, twitter, forum, and other media avenues
· Liaison with regions re local media / news
· Hard copy publications – co-ordination of articles, preparation of draft for editorial approval
