Pavement licences guidance Published Date: 22/07/2020

Guidance to accompany pavement licensing introduced in the Business and Planning Act 2020 has been issued.

The draft guidance previously published has been updated to reflect amendments to the Act as put forward by the House of Lords.

The update guidance’s contents include:
