Updated s.182 guidance to reflect regulatory easement policy change Published Date: 17/08/2023

The Home Office has updated the Licensing Act 2003 statutory guidance to reflect the policy change in respect of regulatory easement.

We recently reported that the Government changed its mind on the extension of regulatory easements for licensed premises.

With reference to the policy change, updated section 182 guidance was published on the 16th of August.
