Licensing statistics published

207,800 licences and certificates were in force in England and Wales on 31 March 2008, with late night refreshment, live music and 24 hour alcohol licences all showing a small increase in the numbers issued in the last year, according to new statistics published by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport

NORTH EAST REGIONAL COURSES

The following courses have been arranged  for the North East Region. 

BIIAB Level 2 NCLP - Gambling:

  • 3rd November 2008, Argos Distribution Centre, Saverdale, Darlington
  • 13th November 2008, John Gaunt's satellite training centre at 10-12 Psalter Lane, Sheffield, S11 8YN (map)

 BIIAB Level 2 NCLP - Licensing Act:
  • 1st  December 2008, Argos Distribution Centre, Saverdale, Darlington
  • 4th  December 2008, John Gaunt's satellite training centre at 10-12 Psalter Lane, Sheffield, S11 8YN (map)

Costs:
  • North East Region IOL Members: £100 + VAT (£117.50)
  • Non Members: £155 + VAT (£182.12)
Costs include tuition, course materials, exam fees, refreshments and lunch.
