Events - North East

Another exciting training opportunity is being offered by the North east region of the Institute.

Event Date: 06/Feb/2009

We are offering a Licensing Act 2003 Investigative Skills and Enforcement course presented by Jack Henriques, solicitor, trainer and co-author of Local Authority Prosecutions (Cavendish Pulbishing), former legal manager at Bradford Council and national legal trainer for the Environment Agency.

It is designed for licensing practitioners seeking to hone their investigative skills and acquire enforcement knowledge in connection with offences arising from the Licensing Act 2003.

Places are again limited and you are advised to book early. All bookings must be submitted with the attached booking form.

N.B. Due to the popularity of this course we are unable to take provisional bookings. If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, then the full fee is payable. You are however encouraged to nominate a substitute but this information must be submitted 14 days prior to event.
