Linda Cannon
Linda enjoyed a 28 year long career in Local Government, specialising first in Environmental Health & Licensing and then heading up a bespoke Licensing Service from 2003 with the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003. She later managed a shared service Licensing team across 2 Hampshire Authorities responsible for almost all of the Local Authority Licensing regimes.
Linda is also the Regional Director for the SE Region of the IoL and supports many of the topical IoL working groups. In 2017 Linda made the bold step to pursue a new self employed career as a Licensing Consultant and trainer working for businesses and Local Authorities.
