Join us online via Teams for our Responsible Authority Training Day.
This course will be of practical benefit to officers of responsible authorities and others involved in the administration and enforcement of the Licensing Act 2003.
It will provide an overview of the relevant provisions of the legislation followed by a more detailed consideration of the processes involved when dealing with applications
and notices. Guidance will be provided in connection with the preparation of representations and conditions, and their presentation at a hearing.
The course will conclude with sessions dealing with the compliance and enforcement measures provided by the Act.
The trainer is David Lucas.
