We are looking for an experienced and dedicated regulatory professional to join our very busy team of licensing and trading standards officers here at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
Your role will involve supporting licensing officers in the administration and enforcement of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005, and the licensing of taxi and private hire drivers and vehicles. Knowledge and experience of enforcing regulations will be required, ideally within the licensing sector.
You will also have your own workload investigating complaints, giving advice to partners and businesses, and taking enforcement action to obtain compliance, including giving evidence in court.
