Group Compliance Officer

Home based role reporting to the Directors based at Little Easton Manor CM6 2JN

Salary £35k Per annum.

A new opportunity has arisen at 24 x 7 for a Group Compliance Officer. This is a new role  given the Group’s rapid expansion across the UK . This is a fast paced and challenging opportunity to provide support to the management.

Relevant Previous experience:

Roles relating to private hire licensing regulations

Role requirements:

  • have a full UK or EU driving licence, held for at least 12 months
  • Proficient in IT ,Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate date entry
  • the ability to work well with others
  • well-presented and professional
  • enjoy working with other people
  • excellent customer service skills

Day to day tasks:

Ensuring that all General Managers within the Group are aware and complying with regulations set out by each Council’s Licensing terms and contract terms 

  • Setting up a system to monitor compliance within the Group
  • Put in place a system of documents for internal audit  to ensure all regulations have been met and monitoring these on a regular basis
  • Review of areas to identify any weaknesses and to be involved in putting in solutions to  address these
  • Providing ongoing support to General Managers and Head Office Management
  • Liaising with the local Councils regarding any new regulations or changes
  • Maintaining records of all internal audit review
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by CEO
  • Data Entry to ensure our internal system is complete and up to date
  • Answering all incoming emails and distributing to relevant persons

You must be professional, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful at all times. Working hours are full time Monday to Friday.
